Our AC broke and we called HI Tech Home Comfort at 8:30 pm. I spoke with the Sales Consultant Mr. Mustafa. He was very pleasant, helpful and provided a great customer service. Mr. Mustafa explained what size of the AC we need for the size of our home. He then proceeded to explain step by step process of replacing the unit. In addition, he offered us a great price for a great Goodman unit.
The Hvac expert technician was Mr. Israr. He was punctual with arrival time and polite, knowledgeable, competent, very focused at task and completed an amazing job. Mr. Israr, as well, had an assistant with him who helped with the set up and cleaning afterwards. The AC replacement went smoothly and was completed in less than 3 hours.
